Correspondence processing

Process correspondence.
At scale.

SmartMail, built on Discover, brings classification, extraction, summaries and routing into one prebuilt, proven workflow. Configure it around your examples in your Azure environment.

From message to next step.

Automate sorting and copying. Capture useful information as structured data and put it to work across your process.

Correspondence becomes structured information for systems, reporting and human review. A message asks for an application update after six weeks and repeated contact. Five fields are created: risk, potential complaint; workstream, application enquiries; summary, repeated requests for an update; intent, chase an application; routing, service enquiries. All five fields feed a case-management system and reporting. The service team is notified to review the potential complaint.

Receive

Connect a mailbox or send correspondence from another system.

Understand

Classify content, extract key facts and create summaries.

Route

Send the results to the right system, record or next stage.

Reuse

Keep structured data for automation, reporting and analysis.

Identifying potential requests and complaints

Where configured, the workflow can flag potential complaints or information requests for confirmation.

Connected to your process.

Use a complete workflow

Connect through an adapter. An email can be categorised, summarised and passed into a case record with its key facts.

Use the APIs

Send correspondence from new or existing systems and receive categories, summaries and facts for the next step.

Adapters are available for Outlook, SharePoint and SQL. Setup depends on the workflow, permissions and destination.
